Privacy notice.
UNIT07 is designed around privacy — including this website. This notice explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or contact us.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for information submitted through this website is UNIT07. Contact: hello@unit07.com. We do not publish a postal address or other details that have not been formally confirmed.
2. Information we may process
- Enquiry information you choose to send by email, such as your name, contact details, project location, property context, existing technologies, priorities, timing and indicative budget.
- Technical records that may be generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliable operation, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser or device information.
- Administrative cookies used by WordPress for authenticated administrators. UNIT07 does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on the public site.
The consultation form on the website prepares a message in your own email application. The information entered is not saved in the website database by that form.
3. Why information is used
We use enquiry information to assess project fit, respond to you, take steps you request before a possible engagement and maintain appropriate business records. Technical records may be used to protect, diagnose and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate hosting and email, under their applicable terms and safeguards. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not disclose enquiries for unrelated advertising.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, applicable legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise a right, email hello@unit07.com. We may need to verify your identity.
7. External services and changes
Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own notices. If analytics, marketing cookies or a server-side enquiry form are introduced later, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
